Every plan includes
No tier gates anything
We don’t lock sports or premium movies behind a higher tier. The 1-month and the 12-month watch the same lineup — the difference is the per-month price you lock in.
Full 22,000+ channel lineup
Sports, premium movies, international — no tier gates anything.
90,000+ on-demand titles
Movies and series, library + new releases, refreshed weekly.
5 simultaneous streams
One account covers a household. Profiles per device, parental controls.
Full EPG, 7-day guide
Pre-rendered server-side. Loads in 2 seconds on launch, instant after.
Anti-freeze restream layer
~600ms automatic failover when an upstream feed dies. Brief flash, not a 30-second buffer.
4K / HDR streams
Where the broadcaster carries 4K. 200+ channels native 4K, plus VOD masters.
Catchup TV — 3 to 7 days
Replay yesterday's match or last night's episode without scheduling a recording.
24/7 human support
Chat, ticket, email. Median first response under 5 minutes during business hours.

FAQ
Questions before you subscribe
The pricing questions we get most often. For app behavior, channels, or refunds, the full FAQ covers everything else.
Can I upgrade or change my plan mid-term?
Yes. Upgrading applies a prorated credit toward the longer plan immediately. Downgrading takes effect at the end of the current term — we don’t refund the difference for downgrades in-flight.
What happens at the end of my plan? Does it auto-renew?
It doesn’t. Every plan is a one-time payment. You’ll get a reminder email 7 days before expiry and another the day of, with a renewal link. If you don’t act, service simply ends.
How does the 7-day refund actually work?
Email support or open a chat within 7 days of activation. We don’t ask for a reason. Refunds typically land back on your card in 5–10 business days. After day 7, we still refund on service-side issues (an outage, a region that doesn’t match what we advertised), but regret-after-the-fact isn’t covered — that’s why the window exists.
If I take the 12-month plan and cancel at month 6, do I get half back?
Only if something on our end was broken (a documented outage that ran for days, a region misadvertised at signup). Otherwise the 12-month rate is priced as a 12-month commitment — that’s how we hit $12.49/mo instead of $24.99. The 1-month plan exists for people who aren’t ready to commit.
Can I use one account for the whole family?
Up to 5 simultaneous streams on one account, yes. That’s typically enough for a household — kids’ TV, parents’ show, a sports game in the basement, all at once. If you genuinely need more than 5 concurrent streams, support can put together a multi-account bundle.
Do I lose access to my home country's channels when I travel?
No. The lineup follows the account, not the IP address. You can switch the in-app region anytime and both region’s channel packs stay available.
What if a channel I signed up for disappears later?
Tell support. The lineup shifts as broadcast carriers change deals — we usually replace lost channels within a week or two. If a channel you specifically subscribed for is permanently gone and we can’t replace it, you’ll get a prorated refund.
Pick a plan and start watching
The 12-month is the best deal. The 3-month is the most common first-time buy. The 1-month exists so you can try the service — if it’s not for you, the 7-day refund covers you.
